"You fool!" croaked the frog, “What have you done, now we shall both die! Why on earth did you sting me?"

The scorpion gave a little shrug and as they both sank below the turbulent water he replied.

"I could not help myself. It is my nature."

P.S. I'm kinda a big deal.

Gauntlet isn't Public Beta, we can't start a game. What's up with you lately?

I agree with your comments too. There's a lot of options already available, and really adding one more option, in my mind, doesn't just add that option to maps that use it, but to all maps since it's another option to check and see if it's enabled or not. (Pssst, I propose you make an NES Gauntlet map. I tried to think What Would Risky Do? when attempting to make it last week, but I failed.)

Actually, you pretty much nailed my feelings on the Homebound series exactly. I'm fairly sure I finished the first book, but if I ever got through the second I certainly don't remember it. As you said, it all became just a slog. My favorites: Alvin Maker series is f'ing incredible. I can always come back to that one. Best underrated Card one-offs, both of which I think you in particular would enjoy: Hart's Hope and the Christopher Columbus one, forget the title at the moment (Pastwatch something or other). Also the Worthing Saga is criminally underrated. That's where I'd look as far as branching out into Card's other works. Homebound is well worth forgetting, and in my opinion that series marks on the Card timeline pretty accurately just where he totally jumped the shark. I've read every word he published up to that point and very little after (and what I have read from the post-Homebound Card I haven't much liked, even Iron Man, which shocked and disappointed me).

LOL at a video of Jason1091, he's obviously completely thought out everything and above anything I have ever dreamed of thinking :P. As for Episode 2, I'm not sure I have seen the Hoth graphics (or a more complete version) or the gameplay. The asteroid one was always one that I was never really sure I had a lot of fun playing, but one that I always thought of and wanted to play (that's a bit crazy sounding :P). I think Hoth could be cool though, so I vote that one :). (I look forward to episode 3 too, once BAO comes! I'd say that one should stay the same too, because it's EXCELLENT!)

Thanks for the quick response--our game's here: http://www.wargear.net/games/view/7746 The first couple exchanges both of us blew some opportunities, but I'm pretty sure that the final stalemate could've developed earlier.

Duck Hunt seems to be overly balanced--as long as both players know all the rules, you get to a permanent stalemate. Maybe a few tweaks are called for?

Hi, I saw in your duck game that you have the guy going second have more troops...how did you do that? I can't seem to get the scenario settings to stick.

Thanks for the game Risky. I'll keep trying that one, and I'm looking forward to more testing! By the way, I won the Mars game by getting through your lines and taking out dark brown, which got me enough cards to keep carrying through. ;-)

2 things:

1. "Win record vs RiskyBack 1 / 14 (7%)" This is criminal

2. Count Risky just went live.

Thank you for the comment Risky, my friend! Your creativity on this site is amazing. The maps just keep coming! Great work! I've started mapping out a little bit of the "project". I'll keep you posted. Merry Christmas!
